Tiffany Doodles' January 2011 Challenge

Check out Tiffany Doodles' blog for this month's challenge which runs today through the 31st.  As always, you'll have up to 4 chances to win up to 7 free digital images from Tiffany Doodles.  Tiffany just opened up her new storefront January 1st, also, so be sure to check it out Here at Tiffany Doodles.

For my sample, I morphed 2 of the 'Day Lily 2' images and colored them with Copics.  I saw a photo of some peppermint colored lilies from that one-eight hundred flowers place and fell in love and went looking for the image - VIOLA!  Of course I found it at Tiffany's.  This image is one of Tiffany's many "photosketch" images that she has that look so realistic.  Because the image is fairly detailed, I tried to keep the rest of the card more subtle, but I like that the designer paper has the same candy stripe effect.  If you like this one, you'll have to check out her "Petals Up" image - I've done a couple of cards using that and have posted them here.  They're gorgeous images to work with - love shading them.
